EPISODE 100: MEET CAROL JOHNSON!

Carol Johnson is a 73 year-old married mother of two married sons and three teen-aged grandchildren. She was raised in an extended family of good, educated people who were not believers or church goers. She obtained a degree in chemistry from Indiana State University, did post-graduated studies at several other universities and is a national Board Certified medical technologist. She has run hospital medical laboratories in several states.

From the age of 12 she was an atheist, and than later secular humanist, feminist and member of N.O.W. She believed in science, evolution, the right to choose, and the ability of humanity to self-actualize.

At age 60, God stepped in, turned her world inside-out and upside-down. She became a Jesus follower at age 62, after a period of Bible study, and internal conflict.

She currently is senior core group leader of a Community Bible Study, an active prayer warrior and member of a local Georgia church.

She and her husband, Jim, live in the mountains of Georgia, where they retired 10 years ago.
